Studied Arabic and started her career at an investment banking firm in Cairo, Egypt. Over a decade of experience in the finance industry, with six years spent at three fintech startups in the alternative investments space. She also implemented Hubspot as Sweater's CRM and multiple software integrations to comprise their customer service and sales tech stack, including 70+ workflows to automate marketing and sales operations, customer support, data management, and other manual tasks. She implemented Hubspot as Modiv's CRM and marketing/sales automation platform and several other integrated software solutions. Her team onboarded 110,000+ new investors over a 3-year period, of which 6,500+ completed 25,000+ investments. Some key accomplishments include designing experiments that led to a 21% increase in webinar registration, a 32% increase in average email open rates, and a 50% increase in average email click rates. She also developed and documented many of CrowdStreet's standard operating procedures to aid in new employee onboarding and ongoing reference for the team.
