In a nutshell, Cmd+Shift+Convert is a consulting service. Well adapted to fast-paced startup environments, we're agile — we can accommodate a variety of circumstances, levels of urgency, and scopes of work.
Generally speaking, clients hire Cmd+Shift+Convert to perform an initial audit of existing systems and processes, to execute on a particular project, to work over an extended period on a retainer basis, or some combination thereof.

Audit
Cmd+Shift+Convert will work with your in-place leadership, marketing, and sales teams to assess current content resources, tech stack, and existing processes.
We'll develop a roadmap and identify priorities that we can either take on directly or serve in a project management / advisory role as needed.

- Strategize and consult with leadership team to maintain currency with industry trends
